Instructions for Sausages

To prepare the Sausages recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the yeast out. Add the remaining ingredients (hold a little flour). Beat the dough well together. Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 1 hour.

Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece of bread into a long sausage. Now sweat the sausages (share the sausage in two). Put the sausage horns on a baking sheet with baking paper and raise 15 minutes more under the cloth.
