Instructions for Sausagehorn 08
To prepare the Sausagehorn 08 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the butter in a griddle, pour the milk and melt the butter in the milk. Take the saucepan and let the milk mixture cool until it seems lukewarm when sticking the tip of the little finger. Crumble the yeast in the milk mixture and stir until the yeast is dissolved.
Pour it into a bowl and stir in sugar and salt. Whip an egg and stir in. Pour flour and stir well. Sprinkle some flour on the kitchen table. Pour the dough and knead it well. White it is too sticky, add a little more flour. Put the dough back into the bowl, put a dish and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile:
Bake baking paper on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Form the dough for two balls and roll them into flat circles. Cut each circle across and make four triangles of each half, a total of 16 triangles.
Put a sausage on each triangle and roll it to a horn by starting at the wide end.
Lay the horns on the baking sheet, put a dish over and allow them to raise a loose place for approx. 15 minutes.
Place the baking tray on the center of the oven and behind the horns for approx. 15 minutes Let the horns cool off a baker
