Instructions for Sausage horns (cocktail sausages)
To prepare the Sausage horns (cocktail sausages) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Crumble the fat. Add milk and knead the dough quickly.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a circle. Divide each circle into 8 triangles. Put 2 cocktail sausages at the wide end. Roll the dough together about the sausages from the wide end to the tip and shape them into the horns.
Brush with eggs. Behind the horns approx. 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
tips:
A little mustard can be lubricated on the dough under the sausages.
