1blobButter
1-2Finely chopped shallots
2-3tspLemon juice

To prepare the Sardine pâté (Czech) Sardinková pomazánka recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lay the sardines in a stone mortar or a heavy Bowl together with the finely chopped shallots and butter. Shock this together in a mortar with støderen or in the bowl with a wooden spoon to mix is quite fine-grained as a puree. Then add the lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Should be placed in the refrigerator at least an hour before serving 1/2. Sardine pâté lubricated on the bread and garnish with lemon slices.
