To prepare the Sarah Bernard Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the cream and chocolate in min. ½ hour in a thickened pot. If possible let it simmer under cover for 2 hours.

After the mass is boiled, fill it in a bucket of lid and place it in the refrigerator for 8 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour. When the time has elapsed, the mass is taken out and whipped until it has consistency like a mousse.

Decorates with raspberries.
