1 | dl | Plain yogurt |
2 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
2 | tsp | Mayonnaise |
2 | drops | Tabasco sauce |
350 | g | New potatoes |
600 | g | Salmon into 4 slices |
Instructions for Salmon with Kreolersennep and new potatoes
To prepare the Salmon with Kreolersennep and new potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pure yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, white wine, tabascosauce and a little salt in a blender. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Boil the potatoes with peel until they are almost tender, approx. 10 - 15 minutes. Pour the water from the potatoes and add oil and pepper. Turn the potatoes so that everyone is greased in oil and pepper.
Sprinkle the salmon slices with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Warm little oil on a thickened pan and sprinkle the salmon for 4 - 6 minutes, turn them over the frying pan. They must be golden and crisp. Arrange the salmon on a serving dish and put the potatoes next to it.
Served with Creole Mustard and possibly a mixed green salad.
