400 | g | Salmon fillet without skin |
500 | g | Entire-leaved spinach, frozen |

To prepare the Salmon rolls with spinach cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spinach Cream:
Sprinkle the spinach into a sieve and let it drizzle. Turn it in butter into a pan and add the cream. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the salmon for approx. 8 thin slices and rolling together. The rolls are laid on a cold greased forehead. Dip the rolls with lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour boiling water and wine by. Vaporize the rolls at low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
