Instructions for Salmon peas 02
To prepare the Salmon peas 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the batter into thin layers. Distribute the dough into 4 small greased portion sizes approx. 14 cm. In diameter.
Bake the bases at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 7 min. Press the dough flat.
Whip the eggs together with egg yolks, cream and mustard.
Chop the salmon roughly and spread it on the baked bottoms. Put the slice of basil and pour the egg yolk over it.
Bake approx. 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. oven
