To prepare the Salmon mousse with smoked salmon rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block in cold water for 5 minutes. Melt it over water bath and let it swell. Cut the cooked salmon and the 150 g smoked in small pieces. Bring them in a blender with the fish soup. Blend it together. Bring the mixture into a bowl and stir in wine, cream and dill. Pour the house leaf into the salmon while stirring and taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring the mousse into bowls and put a roll of smoked salmon at each. Eaten with rice bread.
