Ingredients for Salmon Lasagna II

4 | Tomatoes | |
450 | g | Entire-leaved frozen spinach |
450 | g | Salmon fillet |
5 | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
Instructions for Salmon Lasagna II
To prepare the Salmon Lasagna II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Thaw the spinach in a saucepan.
Add 4 dl milk, and boil up.
Stir in the rest of the milk with cornstarch to a jævning, and got no regular in the sauce while stirring.
Cook the sauce in 2 min
Add half of the cheese, and season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the salmon into large cubes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Advantage layered in a baking dish lasagna, spinach bechamel, tomato and salmon. Repeat and end with a layer of spinach bechamel.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.
