To prepare the Salmon capaccio recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves. Cut them into strips and favor them on the plates. Deck the salad with salmon slices and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Baste the salmon with lemon juice. Crush coriander seeds over the fish.

Sprinkle with the chopped dill, drizzle with oil and serve with thin slices of toasted bread.
