To prepare the Salad with raddicio and squash in the gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Butter a baking dish. Arrange the radicchio, celery and courgette and cover with foil. Behind the vegetables 1/2 hour and flip them a few times during baking. Take them out and put them to cool on a plate. Set oven temperature up to 200 °. Melt butter for bechamel sauce in a saucepan for a low heat, add the flour and stir well. Stir in the milk a little at a time. Bring to the boil and Cook, stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash the ovnfaste dish, butter it with butter again and place the radicchio, celery and courgette in. Cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake approximately 20 min. Serve warm.
