Instructions for Salad with duck breast
To prepare the Salad with duck breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the duck breasts, dry them well and cut the skin. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the duck breasts on the skin side in ca. 12 min and 8 min on the flesh side. Pack the meat into the aluminum foil and let it rest while salad is prepared. Rinse the salad, tear it into smaller pieces and benefit the on four plates. Cut the spring onions into slices and mince the chili, ginger and garlic. Warm the rest of the oil in a frying pan and grate grated orange peel for a few minutes. Fry the chilli, ginger and garlic for a few minutes and add the scallions and chopped walnuts. Slice the duck breasts sliced and favor it at the salad along with the other ingredients. Sprinkle the salad with the crispy fried orange peels before it is served.
