To prepare the Salad with chicken breast and spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the chicken breasts in the butter until golden. Pour water and simmer until they are tender. Peel the celeriac, cut into thin strips and blanch them in boiling water. Cut the celery into slices and free the spinach for stalk. Rinse spinach and salad well. Mix the two kinds of celery with spinach and fresh salad. Stir oil with vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Arrange the salad on plates together with the fried chicken breasts. Sprinkle with pine nuts and server salad.
