The potatoes scrubbed, cut into bite-sized pieces and kpges tender in salted water (ca. 10 minutes. The spinach is picked and thoroughly rinsed. Stir in dressing of ylette, spices and sunflower seeds. Turn the still warm potatoes in the dressing and turn over half of the spinach leaves in the salad. By snack fores a bowl with the rest of the spinach leaves, and potato salad is filled in.
