Instructions for SAC Kebabi (Meat in Pan)
To prepare the SAC Kebabi (Meat in Pan) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into cubes and place it in a pan with sunflower and olive oil and fry the meat is done. The forehead should be so hot that the meat is not boiling in its juices. This is done anyway, it is important to pour the juice from the Pan and FRY further at higher temperature.
