Instructions for Sømandsbøf in dish
To prepare the Sømandsbøf in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Cut the meat into very thin slices and knock them lightly with the palm of the hand.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Brown the meatballs quickly on a warm, dry forehead.
Grease a tall ovenproof dish.
Put potatoes and meat in layers. (Begin and finish with potatoes.)
Sprinkle salt and pepper between layers.
Sprinkle the thyme over the top layer.
Pour beer and boullion over.
Cover the dish with low or aluminum foil.
Place the dish on the oven grill mist in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 1-1½ hours.
Add a little more liquid if the dish works dry during the frying.
Remove low-alloy oil for the last 15 minutes of the cooking time.
Sprinkle with parsley.
