To prepare the Russerbøf recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rub the steaks with pepper on both sides and let the flavors pull-up to half an hour. Melt the butter in the Pan and fry the steaks on both sides in 2-3 minutes at 200 degrees c.

Serve the steaks on a preheated dish, butter mustard on top and sprinkle the grated horseradish. Juices are used as sauce. Serve with baked or boiled potatoes. Beer tastes good.
