To prepare the Ruskisnusk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saute the onions, leeks and carrots in margarine for about 5 mins, add the meat and let it sear to it changes color. Season with salt and pepper and pour the water on so it barely covers. The Court let simmer about 1 hour on low heat and serve it with pasta.
Tips:
The Court must not be smoothed over and the fat percentage depends on the meat used.
