To prepare the Roasted salmon with orange sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the sauce, melt butter on a thickened pan and saute onion. Add orange slices, white wine and fish broth, simmer for 30 minutes when heated.
Sift the sauce and squeeze the juice out of the oranges. Boil the sauce into half.
Melt butter and oil into a thickened pan and grate the salmon slices on the skinside. Take care that the skin is not jammed. Turn down the heat and let the salmon slices roast slowly. When the salmon slices are white, they are finished. Season with salt and pepper.
