To prepare the Roasted almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dry almonds and/or hazelnuts free from the Brown dust in a clean Tea towel.

Heat the sugar and water in a pan and pour the almonds/nuts in. screw down on 2 or 3 so that it doesn't get to the scorched almonds! Stir into the sugar turns white again, continue to stir around for the most part is melted again.

Pour out onto a piece of wax paper and disassemble them along with a knife or break them apart with your fingers.
