Ingredients for Roast Sirloin

3 | dl | Stegesky from the fillet |
Instructions for Roast Sirloin
To prepare the Roast Sirloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the butter is golden in a frying pan. Brown the fillet of beef 2 min. on each side (4 min. in total). Pour water and spices in. Roast the fillet on a low heat and under the lid ca. 15 min. on each side (30 total). Screw if necessary. up the heat for a moment, when the fillet of beef is reversed. Goals with a core temperature of the meat thermometer in the last 10 minutes of frying time. It should be about 55 degrees. The fillet is now roasted. Tag it up and let it rest covered for about 15 mins.
Sauce: Targets juices and add if necessary. water. Blend it with parsley and Cress for a moment. Pour it in a pan and add the sour cream. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring continuously, and season it with pepper.
