To prepare the Roast pork with parsley sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pork breast into ½ cm thick slices if you want crisp pork. Thick slices often produce pork that is soft inside. Dip the slices dry with kitchen roll.
On the forehead: warm the forehead well up. Place the slices on the forehead and brown them ½-1 min. on every side. Turn down to medium heat and raise them golden and crispy. Flip the discs often. Lay the slices on greasy paper. Sprinkle with salt. If the meat is very lean, some oil may be required on the forehead from the start.
In the oven: Lay the slices on a grid over a frying pan with aluminum oil at the bottom. This facilitates cleaning. Place it in the upper half of a cold oven and turn on 200 degrees C. alm. oven. Let the slices become golden on one side before turning and finishing on the other side. The cooking time is longer in the oven than on the pan.
Sovs: Whip flour and 1 dl milk for leveling in a thickened pot. Whip the rest of the milk. Bring the sauce in a boil while whipping and let it boil approx. 5 min. Add the fat and season with salt and pepper. Add rinsed chopped parsley. The sleeping bag can also be made by baking.
