Instructions for Roast beef stew with heavy sauce.
To prepare the Roast beef stew with heavy sauce. recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scratch, if any. Flesh and let it stand for 30-60 min. Brown the fat in a sufficiently large frying pan so that the steps do not lie completely to the edge. Turn the ladder and brown it well over medium heat.
Peel the onions and cut them in both. Let them fry into the pot when half of the steps are brown. Add salt, pepper, beer, water, bay leaves and juniper berries.

Take the steps and place it on a cutting board with foil over. Put the cloud in a literal dish and add water to 5 dl. Pour the cloud into a saucepan.
Mix flour and cold water and pour it into the cloud. Let it boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cream, cream fraiche and madeira or sunflower gel. Let it boil without lid for 5 minutes. And taste with salt and pepper. Cut the steps in thin slices and server.
Serving suggestions:
Hasselback potatoes, minima, broccoli or green beans, yellow or pickled onions.
