Instructions for Risotto with shrimps
To prepare the Risotto with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rice is boiled as directed on the package. Sliced cloves and peppers are cut into small terns and the pears are cut into rings. The broccoli is cut into small bouquets. The oil is heated on a large sauté pan or in a wok, after which the onions, peppers and pears are put over.
When these ingredients start to roast, add broccoli and balsamic vinegar. After one minute, add the shrimp and this simmer to even heat for a couple of minutes. Then add the pre-cooked rice, along with curry, Creme Fraiche, salt and pepper.
When the dish is mixed well and simmered for a couple of minutes, it is ready.
