150gPork or chicken/Turkey chopped
2Carrots
2tspSambal oelek strong

Instructions for Riskt a la North Africa

To prepare the Riskt a la North Africa recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rice and red lentils are boiled according to the instructions.

A pan is warmed well and add 1 tablespoon of oil
The meat is brown
Carrots, onion and celery are cut into fine small max 1x1 cm pieces
And come on the hot pan when the meat is almost browned.
It is switched on until it starts to color.
Spice mixture of cinnamon, curry and cumin mixed.
The peppers are cut into small cubes and added - shortly after the spice mixture is added.
After a couple of minutes, add a couple of tablespoons of rice. And this is allowed to simmer for a few more minutes.

Finally add rice and lentils and the dish boils for a few minutes.
