200 | g | Coconut milk |
3 | clove | Garlic |
3 | dl | Jasmine Rice |
3 | tbsp | Virgin olive oil |

Instructions for Rice and lentils
To prepare the Rice and lentils recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rice and lentils rinse thoroughly in 3 warm and 1 warm water. Drips off in a sieve.
Onions and garlic are peeled and cut into slices.
The ginger is peeled and torn on the fine side of the grater.
If the coconut milk is not bought in can, you can make it yourself by pouring 100 g coconut flour with 3 dl of boiling water and let it last for an hour. The mass is poured through a clean cloth or a fine-mesh sieve. The tissue is pushed through, the coconut is discarded and 2 dl of milk is used for this dish.
The oil is heated in a pan and the curry is burned by it.
Rice and lentils are spiced together with onion and garlic.
Water and spices are added and everything boils for approx. 15 minutes.
The rice flour is added and the whole is boiled thick and spiced with herb salt.
If you do not have all the spices, or like such a spicy dish, it is not necessary to use them.
