To prepare the Rhubarb-Strawberry dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb Compote: clean the rhubarb, cut them into pieces on 2-3 cm and got them in a saucepan with the sugar and the water. Give it all a rehash and then allow it to boil at low heat for 5 min. before kompotten made for cooling.
Vanilla cream: Stir vanilla sugar together with the sugar and mix it with the fermented milk product. Cut the strawberries into quarters and mix them with rhubarb kompotten. Hug half-portion of makronerne roughly and benefit them in four individual bowls. Place a layer of strawberry-rhubarb kompotten on makronerne and, to that end, 2-3 tbsp. vanilla cream. Hug the rest of makronerne roughly and favor them over the cream, put another layer strawberry-rhubarb Compote on and finish with vanilla cream.
