125 | g | Wheat flour |
175 | g | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Corn flour cornstarch |
3 | tbsp | Water |
600 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Rhubarb crumb cake
To prepare the Rhubarb crumb cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom:
Mix it all and knead well, let in the fridge for half an hour.
crumble:
Crumble butter and flour until it is grated and mixed with sugar.
Filling:
Cut the rhubarb into the tern, leave it to stand and juice with vanilla and sugar, boil for about 3 minutes. Let it cool off.
Roll the bottom and place it in a pie shape 27 cm. Beat the dough and bag it for 5 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
