Ingredients for Rejesatay
1 | Minced small onion | |
1000 | g | Large uncooked prawns with tail but shucked |
2 | tsp | Vegetable oil |
2.5 | dl | Chicken broth |
250 | g | Serious peanut butter |
3 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
3 | tsp | Ground cumin |
Instructions for Rejesatay
To prepare the Rejesatay recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the shrimp on 8 skewers. Sataysaucen: heat the oil up in a pan, add the onion and cumin and Cook, stirring for 3 minutes until onion is soft. Add the peanut butter, stock and soy sauce and cook at medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to boil and tykne. Brush shrimp with the sauce and roast them under a preheated, very hot grill for 2 minutes on each side, to the prawns change colour and has been fried. Dip the shrimp with the remaining sauce at serving.
