To prepare the Reindeer stew recipe, please follow these instructions:
Reindeer meat is cut into slices. Curry Sauté in oil, then add the caribou meat and sauté with forward while touching for 5 min. Add broth, and simmer a little in 5-10 min. 10 min before serving add cream and chopped onion. Serve with rice.
