1.5 | tsp | Tomato puree. concentrated |
2 | Bouillon cube, ox | |
2 | dl | Red wine. meat |
2 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Red wine sauce
To prepare the Red wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Gently fry the onion for a few minutes with some fat and add so, thyme, pure, 1 PCs bouillionterning, 1 dl water and 1 dl red wine.
Let the game Cook for about 2 minutes.
Take a sieve and sieve "nuggets" from and throw them away. Put the liquid back into the Pan and add 1 dl water, 1 dl of red wine and 1 buillionterning. Cook it up and season with salt.
Finally, it must be smoothed if you want.
Tips:
