To prepare the Red currant pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Come on wheat flour, fat, sugar and eggs in a kitchen machine. Run it all to a smooth and well mixed dough and allow to stand cold for at least 30 min.

Press the dough out into a shape with straight edges, preferably a springform, approximately 22 cm in diameter.
