Ingredients for Real American COOKIES

125 | g | Soft butter |
135 | g | Cane sugar |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | White chocolate |
Instructions for Real American COOKIES
To prepare the Real American COOKIES recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolates roughly. Scrape the grains from the vanilla bar. Stir butter, cane sugar and vanilla well together. Add egg and salt and stir again. Sieve flour and baking soda in the dough, stir well. Finally, turn the chocolate in.
Roll the dough into a sausage and cut 16 equal pieces. Vibrate them to balls.
Place baking paper on 2 baking plates and turn the oven on 180 degrees hot air. Place a sphere at a time on the baking sheet and press them flat to about ½ cm thick. Spend well between the cakes as they flow out. 8 pcs each.
Bake in the middle of the oven (one plate at a time) for approx. 7 min. Or until the edge is golden brown.
Take them out and put them immediately on a grill for cooling. (They are VERY fragile so use a palette or similar)
tips:
Can be made chocolate brown by adding 1 tablespoon of old-fashioned cocoa powder to the dough. Then take the same from the flour.
