Instructions for Raita
To prepare the Raita recipe, please follow these instructions:
Drainage yoghurt 3-4 hours through a cloth or a coffee filter. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and tomatoes. Chop the cucumber, tomato, onion and chilli finely and mix it in yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and finely grated garlic and possibly. Mint. Let it soak for a few hours in the refrigerator and serve it in a bowl to samosas and possibly. spelling of cucumber, carrot, fodder and spring onions into strips.
