Instructions for Rainbow Trout with Apple
To prepare the Rainbow Trout with Apple recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the fish inside with lemon juice and freshly ground pepper to taste and place a Rosemary sprig in each. Melt 50 grams of butter in the Pan and fry the fish at moderate heat. Turn the fish once it has been cooked and be careful not to damage the skin. Place the fish on a heated platter. Melt the rest of the butter and fry the Apple pieces 4-5 minutes until golden. Serving Server fish surrounded by Apple chunks with lemon and parsley.
