To prepare the Rabbit with leeks and broccoli recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rabbit is divided into 6-8 pieces, spiced easily with salt and pepper and put in a well-baked oven dish. Pears are cut into thin slices, broccoli is split lengthwise, the tomatoes are cut into small boats. The vegetables are spun in oil for a couple of minutes. Bouillons, chickpea soy, salt and pepper come by. All of it is lightly boiled and the mixture poured over the meat. The cracked cheese and sesame seeds are sprinkled over. The dish is put in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
Serve with loose rice or pasta.
