For garnish you can use everything from coconut to vermicelli to almonds | ||
1.25 | dl | Cooked cold cream |
50 | g | Butter |
75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Quasi-Marzipan
To prepare the Quasi-Marzipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and flour baked together in a saucepan. Came the cream in and behind it a few minutes over the fire, stirring. The pot is taken by the fire and cooled by mass. Icing sugar and almond essence kneaded in. Should stand in the refrigerator 2-3 hours before it is processed.
Tips:
My mother made this marzipan every Christmas, and now I make it for my kids. It has always been a success. The only drawback, however, is that it is a little quick to be soft due to the butter. But it's the kids, of course, don't care. It should be kept in closed box on ice ...
