Instructions for Poulet on la Dan
To prepare the Poulet on la Dan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the fillet and cut if necessary. Tendons and fat (if any) if they are there. Turn the nice side up and cut 2-3 grooves in. A pressed garlic comes in. (Please like more if there is either not enough or if you loved garlic). Then sprinkle peppers, curry, chilli powder, salt and pepper over and fry for about 3 minutes on each side at slightly above medium heat.

Served best with boiled rice, knorr's cabaret sauce and grilled cauliflower and broccoli
