100 | g | Onion (1 paragraph salad, red-or alm. onion) |
100 | g | Miracle whip (may be replaced with mayonaise) |
400 | g | Mayonaise |
600 | g | Potatoes (approximately 6 PCs.) |
Instructions for Potato spreads
To prepare the Potato spreads recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are washed thoroughly. Boil in salted water until they are tender (about 20min.).
Mayonnaise, miracle whip, curry, salt and pepper blend. When the potatoes are tender the water is poured and the potatoes are peeled.
Onions and potatoes are chopped fine and added.
tips:
This is a simple kind of potato salad, used in this way as an order, but I have successfully served it for barbecue in the summer.
