To prepare the Potato soup 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and rinse porrene well. Chop a bit of the green tops great for fill in the soup (approximately 2dl). Cut the rest of the leeks into small pieces. Melti butter in a pan over strong heat, but without the Tan. Saute Potatoes and Leek pieces for about 3 min. Add bouilon and cook the soup on low heat and under the lid for about 20 min Or to the vegetables are tender. Blend the soup in smaller portion (fill only the blender jar 1/3 up) Blend each portion at fast speed in 5 sec. Pour the soup back into the pot. Stir in milk, salt and pepper in the soup and warm through. Add the chopped porretop and season to taste. Enjoy
