To prepare the Potato salad with savoy kale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes, pil them and let them cool off. Cut the cabbage into strips, blanch them in boiling water. Boil them in cold water to preserve the color.
Peel the carrots, cut them into slices or spelled, blanch them and put them in cold water. Let the vegetables drip into a sieve.
