To prepare the Potato salad with lentils and spring onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the lentils and cook them tenderly, approx. 15 min. Let them drip into a sieve. Boil the potatoes. Arrow them and cut them into slices.
Cut the spring bulbs into thin slices. Mix potatoes, lentils, spring onion and herbs. Whip the dressing together and turn it into the salad. Serve the salad for meat dishes, eg. Lamb, gratinated ham or blown neck
