Ingredients for Potato / lemon soup

1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | dl | Whole milk |
10 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Beef into strips |
2 | Carrots | |
250 | g | Potatoes |
4 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Potato / lemon soup
To prepare the Potato / lemon soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Measure all ingredients
Peel potatoes and cut them into the tern
Put butter in the saucepan and cook with medium heat
Pour the potatoes into a saucepan and wrap them for approx. 3 min. They must not turn brown
Pour water and broth into the pan. Put on the lid and boil for 20 minutes.
Put the beef, basil, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix with a saucepan
Sprinkle the lemon into quarters and squeeze 1 tbsp. Stir out and pour over the meat and stir around.
Peel the carrots and cut them into the bowl
Pour oil on the forehead and warm it up
Put carrots on the forehead and raise them for 2 minutes.
Put the meat on the forehead and step for 5 minutes. Stir around in the meantime.
Take the heat off the heat. Place the filling on a plate.
Take the soup off and let it cool off.
Stir the pot in the sink and blend the soup with a spelled blender for approx. 2 min. Till there are no more lumps
Put the pot back on the flare and boil it.
Put the juice from a quarter of lemon into the soup.
Add the sweet milk to the soup and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Recipe the soup. The meat at the bottom.
