1.25dlChopped black olives
2tbspLemon juice
2tbspChopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons. dried

4Medium-sized chopped tomatoes
450gTunsteak ca. 2 cm. thick
500gPotatoes

To prepare the Potato and tuna salad with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven. Cut the potatoes for 1 cm. Both, spread them on a large baking sheet together with the fresh tuna steak.

Stir olive oil, salt, rosemary and pepper into a small bowl. Brush potatoes and tuna with the mixture. Grill for 10 minutes, turn potatoes and tuna once and brush occasionally with the oil mixture.

Mix tomatoes, capers, black olives, lemon juice and olive oil in another bowl. Seasoned potatoes and tuna on a large dish.

Server with tomato and capers salsa
