Ingredients for Portfolio II

Blue or green grapes
0.5tspBaking soda
1Eggs
1tbspCocoa
1tbspPotato flour
125gMarzipan
2tbspWheat flour
25gFinely chopped nuts
3dlWhipped cream
3tbspPort wine
3tbspSugar
50gChopped chocolate

Instructions for Portfolio II

To prepare the Portfolio II recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Whip egg and sugar frothy.

2. Sieve flour, potato flour, cocoa and add baking soda.

3. Add the chopped nuts and pour the dough into a greased spring form.

4. Place the oven in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 6 min.

5. Flip the baked bottom onto a piece of sugar-baked baking paper and let the bottom cool completely on a baking baker.

6. Whip the cream, add port wine and chocolate and spread it evenly over the cold bottom.

7. Roll the marcipan into a thin layer and place it over the whipped cream.

8. Decorate with half-eaten grapes.

The Marcipan is easiest to roll out between a layer of paper (against the tabletop) and a layer of film / white cloth.
