Instructions for Porridge pie with ham and bacon
To prepare the Porridge pie with ham and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bottom is kneaded together with your hands and placed in the fridge for half an hour. The bottom is divided into a greased pie shape (note that it can not be rolled but must be laid in small lumps and smooth) and immersed in oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15 minutes.
Pears in slices, ham and bacon are mixed in a saucepan and simmer until the pores are soft while the bottom spreads.
The filling is spread on the pie and the egg is stirred together and poured over the filling.
The pie is baked in an oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven ½ hour. Keep an eye on the cheese - make it too dark, put a piece of foil over the last 10 minutes.
Served with freshly baked flute and green salad.
tips:
The pie can be made in advance and frozen.
The dish is supperod all year round - both as main course and as a very popular night food.
