Instructions for Porregratin 02
To prepare the Porregratin 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash and clean the pores, cut them into 5 cm long pieces. Boil water and salt and put the pears in. Boil them for approx. 10-15 min, depending on the thickness. Lay the rebels into draining in a doorstroke.
To Gratin: Whip flour and milk together in a pan and warm it up during whipping until it thickens. (Avoid pots of aluminum that can discolor food with milk and eggs). Remove the pot from the heat and stir the butter.
Set the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a gratin infusion with a little oil and sprinkle with raspberries.
Divide the eggs and whip the whites stiff. Stir egg yolks and cheese in the dough, season with salt and pepper and finally turn the stewed egg whites into the dough. Put the pork pieces in the gratin dish and pour the dough over, sprinkle a thin layer of rasp over.
Put the dish in the middle of the oven and leave it for 40-45 minutes until the gratin is raised and golden.
Server directly from the oven. Dry if necessary. With freshly chopped green of some kind and add melted butter. Everything smoked ------- meat or fish tastes great for this. A good home-baked coarse wheat bread will also be fine.
