1-2 | tsp | Curry |
4-5 | dl | Bouillon |
5-600 | g | Lean pork (eg shoulders or Neck Fillet) |
Instructions for Pork in curry
To prepare the Pork in curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into cubes of 1½ cm.
Sprinkle half of the curry over.
Pour and chop the garlics fine.
Peel the apple and grind it on the coarse side of the roast chicken.
Brown the meat in oil.
Add garlic and let them sweat.
Stir the rest of the curry over.
Add the cracked apple and let it light up.
Sprinkle the flour over and mix well with the meat until it is completely soaked.
Add boullion and salt.
