Instructions for Pork chops with leeks and bacon
To prepare the Pork chops with leeks and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the chops lightly on the forehead and put them in a greased ovenproof dish.
Step bacon on the forehead - add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, peppers, cream and milk. Cook it through to a good solid sauce. Season with salt and pepper. The parsley is cut into thin slices and mixed in the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chops in the dish.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes. Served with rice.
